Here's a list of some resources to help you along with your journey of personal growth and healing. Please note, me sharing a site or content does not equate with my endorsement all of their content. I'll leave it to you to decide what's helpful and discard what is not. 

Free Resources I've enjoyed

A podcast series that covers topics such as emotional health, relationships, connecting with yourself and other people, etc. 

The Place We Find Ourselves is a podcast series by Adam Young. He covers attachment theory, childhood trauma, sexual abuse, and how to heal and recover from traumatic experiences and form a cohesive story to make sense of your lived experiences. He also has some great free resources on his counselling website. 

Podcast by Laura Duncan who pioneered and practices The Compassion Method. Her podcast covers emotional health, how to navigate and bring comfort into pain and grief, and how to connect to your true self. 

Encouragement and tools for living fearlessly, taking risks and chasing your dreams. Includes how to navigate failure, overcome victimhood and process shame, to name a few. 

Healing the Human Spirit

I've recently discovered both the teaching (and the fruit of applying this) about the human spirit. I believe we are made up of body, soul and spirit, and that each of these can and should be addressed to bring about healing and thriving.
